SOCO ENERGY was founded on a simple conviction: South African businesses should not be held back by unreliable, expensive electricity. Load-shedding, rising Eskom tariffs, and constrained municipal grids are structural challenges — but they have structural solutions.

We provide those solutions. From a 100kWp rooftop solar installation at a Gauteng distribution centre to a multi-MW hybrid renewable-diesel system at a remote mine site in the Northern Cape — SOCO ENERGY engineers, procures, builds, and finances the full energy system so our clients can focus on running their businesses.

Our financing division, SOCO CAPITAL, was built specifically to remove the upfront cost barrier that stops businesses from acting. With Rent-to-Own, Power Purchase Agreements, and structured debt solutions, energy independence is accessible for businesses of every size and cashflow profile.
